CONDITIONS

Sales conditions:

Arnestad Storkjøkken reserves the right to make changes to the price list without prior notice when these are caused by raw material prices, currency changes, and / or any printing errors. Deliveries take place in entire sales units. Contact us by e-mail or telephone for questions about prices. 

Ordinary payment terms are net per. 20 days from invoice date. In the event of late payment, default interest will accrue at 1% per month. In the event of an error on the invoice, it is not permitted to withhold the entire amount, only the disputed part. In the event of a reminder, a reminder fee will be charged, cf. Debt collection law.


Customers undergo a credit assessment in connection with customer registration, and the basis for the credit limit is determined.

Credit information: Arnestad Storkjøkken reserves the right to take up credit information if necessary.
Shipping: Arnestad charges shipping in accordance with the current price list.

Delivery terms: 

Arnestad undertakes shipping / transport in exchange for shipping being paid by the recipient. In Oslo, the goods are delivered free of charge for orders over 3,500. Real shipping is invoiced outside Oslo. Orders received before 09:00 can be delivered the same day, unless otherwise specified. Delivery time for stock items is usually 1-2 working days for orders received after 09:00, alternatively the goods can be sent by courier. The driver contacts the customer upon delivery and delivers within the agreed time frame. If contact is not achieved upon delivery, the goods will be delivered and acknowledged as received.

Return: 

Only for standard stock in undamaged, original packaging. Food packaging in opened packaging is not returned. For incorrectly ordered goods, the buyer may be charged shipping costs. All returns must be submitted in writing via e-mail (post@asas.no).

Complaint: 

All complaints concerning the product must be submitted in writing immediately and never later than 8 days after receipt of the goods. If the complaint concerns transport damage, the complaint must be made to the carrier at the time of receipt and must be documented by endorsement on the consignment note / document. 

Weborders:

For online orders, you add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart. At check-out, you must first confirm and then send in the order - a message marked in yellow appears to notify this. If the order has only been confirmed, but not submitted, it is not to be regarded as sent in to Arnestad Storkjøkken AS as a real order and Arnestad Storkjøkken reserves the right to cancel the waitorder after 14 days. 

Other:

If goods are delivered on pallets, pallets must be exchanged with the carrier. If the customer does not have replacement pallets, a pallet fee of NOK 229 excluding VAT per pallet will be charged.
